    Before that

The A Frame kitchen was much needed
    Less snow
    Less ice chiping

We spent the first Christmas at the cabin with an actual indoor kitchen

I've always built with open beam
    Why hide the glory?

I went with a 58° pitch on the A Frame
    One reason
I'd never built in deep snow country and wanted the snow to readily slough off

Hope I'm not being redundant, but these two pics should wrap up the first cabin build
