Thanks, Dan. I did so many mods to that smoker, and was on forums discussing that brand where guys said they can really "dial it in," but that's not been my experience. I never thought of EWEtube to find guidance on that smoker. Of course, Craigslist might be a source for a decent smoker.
Back in the 70s (maybe even earlier) there was an chain of 6 record stores (Penguin Feather), one of which was in an old tiny house on the main drag in Vienna. They all had a head shop in the back. You walked through the classic bead curtain into the world of paraphernalia. They are no longer around, but have a Facebook page. I guess there's a connection between this and the burnt ends D.B. posted I'm feelin' a little toasty myself.

Oddly, I have never smoked pot or done any drugs. I tried pot once when I was about 30 years old and it made me cough. I will have a beer, however.
I smoked pot a few times, but it tasted awful and either did nothing for me or it made me feel tired and stupid, neither of which I was looking for.
I wish my hubby would BBQ or grill stuff, but he sucks at it. He just doesn't know how to cook anything, bless his heart. He will light the charcoal and clean the grill, but meat is too expensive to let him ruin it, haha.
