Hmm, while I am more than happy to see Cameron sweating a little, I'm not convinced that the privileged marginal racist Lily Allen would be my cheerleader of choice.

As an aside, I surely can't be the only one who is mildly amused that the Camerons vehicle to offshore riches was called Blairmore...

Yes I hadn't twigged that one Tom, it amuses me when he says

David Cameron remains adamant that he did not break any rules and that his father's Bahamas-based business had not been established for the purpose of avoiding tax.

Why else would you set up your company in the Bahamas and fly out there to board meetings, to prove it's not a UK company?

Jimmy Carr broke no laws, but Cameron was very eager to describe the so-called comedian's tax arrangements as "morally wrong." While I'm not about to leap to the defence of Jimmy Carr, I suspect that particular scheme was all arranged by financial advisers and accountants. Very much, I imagine, a similar set up to what the Camerons did.

    Conclusions available to own tastes.
