I have a question and didn't want to start a new thread so I'm putting it here. (This is a recent photo, but not the last one.)

Does this pattern show real flowers, or just made up flowers? If they are real does anyone recognize them, especially the one on the right? I'm looking for some keywords for searching.

 

Looks like a budding flower and those little red berries.
