I called her and asked her about the minerals - she asked me if I'd been on the internet! But she was teasing - she's going to look into what might suit me best and I have a rdv with her on Friday.
Hello @Jenn Windey - I'm so sorry I seemed to have missed your reply when you posted it. AND I'm sorry to hear that you are going through something similar. Like you I'm finding my work (writing) hard - even though it's not physical I just can't concentrate for as long as usual. Like you I find walking important - for building stamina but also because it seems to make the tiredness a more natural sort of tiredness if I've done something physical. I usually walk about 12 - 15 kms per day when fully fit, at the moment I'm doing a bout 8 kms per day. I hope you feel much bettersoon - don't push yourself!
