Thanks Diane, I've done this many times and I always get it done and never forget anything...I'm too OCD for that. Even if I was already done and packed I'd still find something to stress about. As usual, even though it hardly rains here I see rain predicted for the one day that I decided to drive to my daughter's...will keep an eye on that and might adjust my schedule slightly. Rain here is like driving on ice elsewhere....people freak out and there are many accidents.

Ugh, it's the same here. I don't drive in the rain here because it rains in my car, so I try to keep it under the carport during rain/storms, but it's the same here, people do not adjust their driving for the weather, so they speed around in rain, fog, ice, etc. Thank you @Honey Gee @Holly Saunders and @Kate Ellery, I'm going to go watch the video now . By the way, I lost my bookmarks when I switched computers, and it took me a while to remember the .club extension. After watching the video, I think it's interesting that I was #7 and was selected (randomly), because I've always considered that to be one of my lucky numbers. I was just surprised to see your name @Diane Lane because the last thing I read on here was that Ken will do the drawing later that night. I went in my room thinking about you and when I woke up I still had your name in my mind....and there it was listed as the winner!!! I'm working on channeling my super powers after this, lol.
I think it's working @Chrissy Cross, I had an issue weighing on my mind that same day, but somehow, it all worked out, which is unusual for me. I'm having a good week, between that situation & winning this . All positive thoughts, channeling of super powers, etc., are appreciated!!
That's why I chose you to give it to if I had won....not because I thought you needed $25 but felt that it would be Something fun and positive in your day. Anybody that deals with fibro, migraines, neighbors from hell deserves something nice happening.
Yeah, I'll try to increase the volume next time. I talk quietly because when I speak louder, my wife always thinks I'm talking to her in the next room, and interrupts me in the middle, so I have to start over. I'm not quite used to my voice actually, because it changed quite a bit after the thyroidectomy. I'm always thinking I don't sound like myself.
I could understand it...next time tell your wife what you're doing before you start and if she thinks you're calling her...you're not. My mom's voice sounded raspier after her operation but then I didn't see her that often because I was living in Hungary at the time and it could just have been her voice sounding older.
She interrupts me when I'm talking to the cats too, and I'l have to say, "Please don't interrupt, I'm trying to have a conversation in here."
