The problem with this is the fact that most people don't read the entire articles are don't understand what they are reading. All articles I've read on computer modeling merely state they are along the lines of a theory. However, feeding info into computers and then recording their findings merely suggests these are possibles based on figures. At no time did I ever interpret that as fact.
You are correct, and I agree with you, @Lois Winters . Probably, most of us do exactly that. However, we have to bear in mind that there are those people who heard President Trump talk about using ultra-violet light treatment as a disinfectant used inside the body, and they thought that he was saying they should go and drink Lysol. The company even had to put out information telling people NOT to do that ! I think that is what @Martin Alonzo is alluding to, that not everyone is using discernment, and totally takes as fact anything that they even think they are hearing, without using their brain to see whether it is logical or not. This is not helped by the fake news media proclaiming that the president said they should use disinfectant.
