I remember when asking for information was free then they came with a charge which was small but they wanted you to look it up. One day being lazy I called the operator expecting to pay but when I asked for the number she said WELL YOU CAN LOOK IT UP. So my reply was I would love to look it up but I have been blind from birth. She quick gave me the number and apologized and said she could dial it for me. I said I can dial it myself thank you.
I just ask my children what does it mean to hang up your phone and they had no idea. I had to explain it to them.
