Here in Alabama, if a person doesn’t have ID to vote, they can schedule a person to come and make them one at their home free of charge. I’m not sure what all is needed for verification purposes but it is a free service so there’s little excuse for not being able to vote. In addition to that, on election day, seniors and the handicapped can call for the handi-ride to come take them to the polls free of charge on that day only.
