Restaurant's Child Policy

    Cody, I think you misunderstood what I said. Wherever there is something happening that someone or a group of people with an Agenda decide that "discrimination" is going on...there is now a very good chance that the person/persons doing the "discriminating" will be sued. I don't know if any Restaurants have been sued yet...but the way things are going now days...any place perceived as discriminating in any way...will eventually be sued by the person or group who feels discriminated against.

    Not to change my Thread, but I wonder if any 55+ Communities have been sued for only allowing people who are 55+ to live there. I know there has been some disagreements about allowing a child (or teen) stay with grandparents at this kind of community. What I mean by "staying" is living with them due to a problem/problems with the parents. Some folks at these communities don't want babies or little kids to visit grandparents due to the noise.

    I never thought I'd be disturbed by kids, but I will confess that I hate trying to eat in a restaurant near a screaming kid - and it's true that parents are far too often unwilling or unable to control their children. We have asked to be moved to another part of the restaurant more than once.
