Taking a guess... His father was present at his birth … so he was born "before" his father. His mother died in childbirth... his father remarried.. his second wife had a daughter. He married the daughter of his father's second wife, his stepsister.
His father happened to be in front of him when he was born. We can conclude that he was born before him. His mother passed away while giving birth to him. Eventually, he grew up up to be a minister. Turned out he married his sister at her ceremony.
