This will have little effect on those who support it...the residents of Seattle and Spokane. But you're right...this is all part of the "drive us all into central cities" facet of UN Agenda 21.

Not Spokane. Most of eastern Washington has wanted to join Idaho for several years now because they hate what is happening and the west coast controls everything.
I think that Oregon is probably similar, they have to do what the lawmakers in the Portland area decide, and both Portland and Seattle are run by liberals.

Thanks for the correction, Yvonne. I don't want to malign the innocent. That was my bad. I thought I transcribed that correctly from the article. A second look shows that the author said Seattle and Olympia. My apologies to the good folks in the eastern part of the state.

As we've discussed before, this is a nationwide problem. I've run the math in Virginia. The "Hard-Blue" areas cover about 5% of the land mass, yet are home to 50% of the state's population. A county-level 2016 presidential election map shows the same thing in many states. I know that this issue of gas-vehicles has been on the radar screen of the Left in my state as well. There have been a couple of pushes on behalf of Democrat administrations to install tracking devices in our vehicles under the pretense of charging a Per-Mile-Driven road tax. This is supposedly due to electric vehicles paying zero road maintenance taxes, which are embedded in the price of a gallon of gas here. Of course, those in the cities who concoct this tripe would be marginally effected, while the cost would be borne by the poorest living in the rural areas.

The land mass/population ratio is why the Electoral College is necessary.

So I'm thinking of getting some activist creds AND scoring points with Big Brother, all in one shot.

Look at what this Climate Change fool is selling on Craigslist:

    CO2 system.jpg
This idiot is selling a container of life-destroying CO2 claiming that it makes plants grow better!!!! Sure it does...while it kills humans!

Where is Biden's new Minister of Truth? I need her email address. I'll fix this jerk...trying to destroy Greta's World. He's probably Russian...

I am saving money not buying those. I just basically try to breathe out during half of my breaths for my plants.

I tried that once. Look at what mysteriously appeared on my pillow the next day:

In the third grade our Teacher taught us how to take a one gallon jug and plant a single seed using a couple inches of dirt on the bottom. The catalyst to start the growth was by dropping a lit kitchen match into the jug after you planted the seed. You close the lid quickly to not allow the gas to escape and walla, you have a self contained atmosphere of everything you find on the outside but it did show us that we could start some things growing and then once they have a good start remove them and grow them outside the jug. There was no need to add water or any other ingredient since you had a living rain forest already. For people that do gardening and grow their own food in cold country you would normally only have one season for growing potatoes. If you gather a bunch of discarded 10/20 truck tires you can stack them and fill them with dirt and plant potatoes in each tier and they can withstand the coldest temperatures and make a good crop for winter eating. You simply fill the center of the stack with dirt and it keeps all the cold out of the patch and the tires insulate the growing area. I think there are lots of ways we could survive easier if we had to grow our own food. One of my favorite readings was about those Europeans that immigrated here back in the 1800s. They brought with them a lot of knowledge how to live life better. One of their great ideas was to have a cold storage year round by cutting large block ice from frozen rivers and lakes and taking it back to their homes and it would go into a cellar built away from the house. It was insulated using hay and straw and once the ice was inside it too was covered to slow the melting. It was one large ice box ! Lot of work but in those days they didn't know anything but hard work. ;0) I've always wanted to take an auto alternator and run it using wind power to charge batteries. It does work of course but it has to be excited to start the charging process. In EU they use those small ammonia filled ice boxes. They are found in every motor home and can be ran using 110 or natural gas which both heat a heating element that is attached to the icebox coil, it starts the circulating of the ammonia and it is super efficient. They work really well and I even had one in my 78 Dodge Van which had a rear fiberglass body. We all should keep that in mind about the ice boxes because it would be a really cheap way to have ice cubes and keep things cool while everyone else is without power. You use propane which is no more than a pilot light so you can imagine how much mileage you would get from a 7 gallon bottle.

But but...If we did all these self reliant things and relearned them, we would have knowlege we could use, we would not have the gov't providing for our every need eventually. We would not be their slaves, made to live where they told us to!
