What about seniors as employers? I lean on my handyman more and more. I wondered about a live-in aid and if anyone has had experience with one. Someone gets room and private bath in exchange for two hours a day of cleaning or whatever? My concern is is the aid an employee or a renter. Renters come with their own kettle of fish. Employees can be signed to a different kind of contract if things don't work out.
