I admit, I went to Barnes and Noble today and saw two books that are now in my Amazon cart. Anyone else do this? It's a lot cheaper and free shipping over 25 dollars. Why not I say.

Some websites will come back with discounts if you leave things in the cart.

It all depends on how badly I think I need something and how much money I think I might have left in my account. I use the wishlist in the Amazon account to remind me of things I might want to buy, but don't absolutely need.

I never make impulse decisions, because I'm a Lutheran.

I research the hell out of any product I'm interested in.

Depends on the item and where I buy it. The portable air conditioners was all over $400. I researched the hell outta them til I had a list of ten possibles, then kept on until I had just two. All that took many weeks, then add a couple more for procrastination! Only finally pulled the trigger five days ago...hopefully the Amana will arrive before the heat wave, but it's definitely cutting it close. On the other hand, I bought some cheap silk shirts and Hawaiian rayon shirts off Ebay only a few days after seeing them. Aside from all the competition from other bargain hunters, Ebay sellers usually have a cut-off date.
