Thanks, everyone. I came pretty close to sleeping for three days straight. Since I haven't seen a doctor, I don't know what was going on but I am feeling a little better this morning.
I still feel sort of crappy but I'm not afraid of dying anymore. Plus, I can sometimes stay awake for minutes at a time.
A few of you have asked me to look into things for you. I haven't forgotten, but I simply haven't been here very much and neither have I been working at my paid job so now that I am able to stay awake, I have a lot of hours to finish by Thursday.
I've been sick for the past couple of days. I've slept for all but a few hours of the past twenty-four, and will probably go back to bed soon. With Nyquil, I feel okay, but it puts me to sleep.
Headache, congestion, some stomach discomfort, and my eyes hurt. A couple of days ago, all of my joints hurt too but that's no longer the case. Because my eyes hurt, I keep them closed, and then I fall asleep so I've been sleeping a lot.
Sounds like flu, Ken. Any fever? I hope you are better today. And don't stay in bed too much. That allows fluid to build up in your lungs and can cause pneumonia.
My goodness get well soon Ken we are sock too but steroids are helping. thank goodness you can sleep you may need the rest , maybe its that Supper Cold going around.
On the first day, I was in bed for a long time. Since then, I've still been sleeping a lot because there's not much else to do when your eyes are closed, but I've been in a chair.
My wife, who gave it to me (which is always the case, by the way) went to the hospital and she's taking steroids. She's mostly over it. I'm going to wait it out because I feel a little better today than I did yesterday.
We went to the grocery store and next day hubby aka Jake had sinus problems next day I had the same thing, couple days later into the lungs. So, we got it together or he got it and gave it to me.
