Smoking Areas

I didn't start til I was 26! Stupid.

I have to go back and reread this post, I may have said all this on here before.

 

I didn't gain weight when I quit, but most people do (if just a few pounds).

 

I gained 30 lbs but not right away, maybe a year later.
