I was checking out from shopping this morning and I was talking to the cashier about high prices. The subject of our support going to Ukraine touched a soft spot on the cashier and she stopped talking when I told her we should be glad we're fighting the Russians thru a proxy and not on our own soil. 40 billion was a drop in the bucket if you consider how much it would cost for a full NATO war in Europe. It would come to that if they aren't stopped. The same attitude was prevalent pre-WW-II and I guess we just don't teach history in our schools any longer. Not to mention half the people in the US are not even citizens who have no spiritual ties to our Nation. I am convinced more than ever America will fall in the next few years. It is too late too get a handle on our population especially with some psychopath idiot in our white house. Our schools are nothing more than propaganda reprogramming for the communist morons living here. So we have too much to overcome at home and the future is not looking good at all. Don't be surprised we see a great depression again and believe me it damned sure can happen unless we stop electing these communist idiots that all graduated from some of our most distinguished universities.

My problem is our traditor leaders wouldn't help when it could have been nipped in the bud. When the Russians crossed the border, they should have been wiped out by airpower. No reason for all the refugees and civilian deaths and spending millions or billions to fight a war that never should have happened. Putin could have been killed with one drone strike. The false idea that Putin was going to nuke us was just a cover for the Biden crimes and coverup and his trying to erase his and his son's debt to Ukraine.

I don't think our commie leaders were elected. They stole that election clear and simple. They will only win again if we don't have armed security monitoring vote counting and have the cutoff on election day. I am for sending aid to Ukraine but only after Putin has been taken out. One drone strike is all it takes.

We need generals to get together and go take out the current administration and jail them until they receive a fair trial. 2020 was a Democrat well-planned coup that thwarted democracy and overthrew the republic.

I fear our domestic war more than any foreign war. Our borders are open, our cities battlegrounds void of law and order, and we are being forced into socialism with communism to follow.

We need to use our military to defend ourselves against domestic terrorists with the White House being the starting point.

I feel the same about having the military intervene and especially have criminal trials for all those elected officials that we know were taking money from any foreign government. They continue to say it is okay for them to take money or play the stock market knowing full well they have an advantage over normal citizens who would be jailed for doing the same just as Martha Stewart was. It was said she made 50,000. nancy has pocketed over 200 million while in office and that is only the figure that is known. Her son is a proxy on another Ukrainian oil and gas company. The thing about Ukraine is it was controlled by communist puppets until that last election when they were removed and thrown out of the country. These so called leaders we have in congress are so arrogant they believe they are entitled to steal anything they can. New laws need to ensure they cannot receive any outside source of funds. If they can't live on what we already pay them then let them find honest work making the same for doing nothing. I have no sympathy for any of them and people have no idea how much we spend just to feed them and fly them all over the world to attend more free dinners at our expense. I am actually ashamed we have such disgusting people talking down to us and pointing their decrepit finger in our faces like old nancy likes to do. Honestly this is the largest group of crooked politicians ever assembled and that was exactly why the 2nd amendment was penned, to remove those people, all they need to do is read the constitution and understand they are not above the law and they cannot write laws to protect themselves or make themselves rich while serving their office. They continue to ignore all of this. I hope we can all survive until these morons like biden are all gone or behind bars. Next trial for the coup needs to be in a lawful court not that crap in NY.

Pumping our nation's few remaining resources into the coffers of Europe's most corrupt regime just to oppose the Russians may not be the best idea. I am certain that much of the $40 billion that we are sending over there, along with the Lend-Lease" which is unlimited, will end up in some politician's pocket...perhaps even that of the President and his family and cronies. We pushed NATO into Russia's backyard and those in the know knew that it would would result in war. This is not just a proxy war, @Thomas Stillhere, as we are involved with a cyber war directly with the Russians and they have the ability to shut down our power grid at will should it come to that, resulting in the deaths of millions of Americans on our own soil. This is the most dangerous conflict we as a nation have been in since the Civil War and we are led by the most incompetent team we have had in generations.

letting all the illegals across the border could have the effect of escalating racial violence, with guns, requiring martial law. I put it out there that that was the reason certain cities allowed the shootings, lootings and fires with just a slap on the wrist or no reaction at all. They thought conservatives might rise bigger than they have, once again giving the excuse to bring about martial law. We are not there yet.
I take some comfort that there are MILLIONS of gun owners out there. It is not just the NRA preventing the Republicans from passing gun laws! But I have yet to imagine what will happen when they come for the guns.
We need to keep writing our reps and tell them to put in metal detectors RIGHT NOW and lock the doors if they want kids to be safe. Then fritter away time on the small stuff.

We need automatic death penalty for anyone that kills school children and teachers. We always have so many bleeding hearts that all our laws are completely nullified and you cannot control such a sick society with harsh language and committee buffets for our congress.

Don, I think you are a wise and informed man. I have put this video up before but it is so relevant and true today. American's have been deceived for a long time from grade school to the university. I don't see this nation surviving this onslaught of traitor's. It has been in the plans for over a 100 years now since the first welfare check printed. Private owned Federal Reserve set with help from another ignorant president ' Wilson'.
Remember the 60s and socialist revolution?

Don, we don't agree on everything, but I certainly do on this one. More and more people, I hope, are recognizing this. Are you familiar with "Project New American Century"? If not look it up. (PNAC)

Although RT is the online version of Russia Today, I think it's probably more accurate than the US media.

As often as not, they kill themselves or expect to be killed on the scene. I don't think that would be a deterrent.

Proposed solutions are always about more gun laws, and pretty much never about enforcing existing laws, taking steps to quit producing the sorts of people who commit these crimes, enforcing border laws, or anything else unless they think they can throw a few jabs in at white people.

Hillary and the Bidens actually had/have dealings with Ukraine involving transfer of funds to 'foundations' or family members so it needn't have been reported (but we have laptops ). Instead of flushing billions of dollars over there, we could have started relieving inflationary pressures over here. Yes, their war is terrible but there have been horrible wars flourishing in countries in Africa all along with nary a word about the cruelty creating child soldier, disfiguring women...and definitely no huge humanitarian funds.

Why would a large country crash its economy and severely degrade the standard of living for its citizens in order to hold up a small country, especially when doing so bolsters the other large country that we're supposed to be opposing? There are no clear answers to that unless we assume that these decisions are not intended to favor its own citizens. I also find it interesting that we are now bailing out the country that gave Biden's crack-addicted son millions of dollars. None of it makes sense in any way that doesn't suggest evil.

I was listening to the radio on the way home and someone was recommending all the equipment we could provide. We are not sending troops so we won't be involved.

Russia is capeable of hacking our internet systems with other countries not liking us so much and probably willing to throw in with them. Bringing our internet down would cause the worst war casualties in history. We'd be thrown back over one hundred years without old fashioned civility of actual communities.
