There is not the remotest possibility that Trump will ever be impeached. This on going attempt by the left has been a embarassement and will ultimely destroy the Democratic Party.
I didn't put the two together when I posted, but HEY....you may have a point. If anyone can face drama with a glint in his eye, I guess it's The Donald. I want to clarify though, that as a leader, I think he has many great qualities. I'm a republican and voted for him in the light of those particular strong points. However, throwing water bottles, like dog treats, at the people who were ravished by Hurricane Maria....made me cringe. He is not be the sort of person I would respect as a friend.
I respect that you are Republican and share the values. I just wish you had another person to represent them.
Good. That might give the Republicans a majority again. I know a lot of Democrats who are sick of the endless investigations.
It is very disheartening that our President has put himself in the position of needing to be investigated by his spurious behavior not just in the present, but throughout his life. If he has a downfall, it will be because of the seeds he himself has planted. Almost Shakespearean.
Thus far since 2016, I have seen nothing else come from the House Dems other than the proposition of impeachment for the sitting President. If I was a constituent of one of those House representatives, I’d be a tad ticked that all he or she could manage to do in Washington to earn their pay is to investigate D. Trump. Three years now and millions of dollars later spent on paychecks alone and that’s all they can come up with? Many have let their home districts go to pot whilst they sit on the pot and plan their next step toward making another million or so for themselves. Time for both parties to get their act together and get back on track and do what they get paid to do and that ain’t picking apart the president. All the money spent on BS could have been doing something halfway good like helping to replenish the Social Security coffers that congress has stolen over the years.
Impeachment is definitely a plus for Republicans. According to a poll, more than 55% of Americans are opposed to impeachment so yeah, I think it's pretty much representative. Democrats have become the party of socialism, obstruction, and crazy accusations.
