    Ha ha, glad I looked because these expired a year ago....
    Anyway the calories are 25 and the sodium is 30mg on one package.

    Does anyone else see the potential "poison" ingredient in the label ? (it is quite common, btw) And may lead to overall weakness, contributing to many different other diseases....

    @Ken Anderson , I searched "vitamin", and this was the oldest thread in the results. I realize the purpose, plot, topic, etc , may be , or might not be, different than my post, so if this is moved/becomes another thread, that's great - no problem. Even if it is just erased... no worries...

    Yes, supplements easily get confusing and expensive , although pennies on the dollar, (a small fraction),
    of the cost of medical insurance and medical bills and drugs people take. The healthiest people eat well, usually, and get most of what is needed every day in their meals and distilled water and apple cider vinegar (used to be daily in Vermont, and a few other places) ...

    Seaweed used to be the most nutritious, best food available to billions of people. With pollution (including radioactivity), it might not be .... though it may still be a best choice, subject to how it works out...
