I didn't find a sports section. I guess I'm the only one watching the college world series. There have been some great games. The finals start tonight.

I'm not much of a sports enthusiast anymore, but I enjoy the summer Olympics since diving and gymnastics are entertaining. We gave up on the NFL when Kaepernick took a knee.

I don't watch sports much any more, like @Beth Gallagher I gave up watching football after being an avid Steelers fan for more than 50 years. I also once watched baseball whenever I could, but gave that up when the strike happened all those years ago. I enjoyed sports as a way to escape reality, so when spoiled players have a tantrum, or if politics become a point of contention for those who choose to play a sport for a living when many couldn't have gotten an education without it, I can't be bothered if a bunch of multi-millionaires want to pout about their mistreatment.

I dated a woman who taught gymnastics, and have been to professional competitions (like the McDonald's Gold Cup.) To see human beings do the things these people do in person is nothing like watching it on television. I also like watching women's sports like tennis and golf, because you can learn technique from them better than from watching the men, who rely a lot on power.

Do you mean "Michelle's Magic Moves?" No, not missing the point. Just not interested in Michelle nor her "moves."

It was kinda cute and annoying all at the same time, like that scrunched-up face the female American gymnast used to make that the media made a big deal out of.

    Besides, she's a little chunky.

It's like this. There's a clip of her race in 2012. You can see it on YouTube but some sort of athletic assn. blocks it from being x-posted anywhere else. The clip shows the other contestants just before getting down into their 3-point racing stance .... standing there, they look like the grim reaper. At the same time, Michelle's smiling, doing her choreography, waving.

The contrast is what I'm all about; simply delicious.

Unfortunately, the clip I posted and other clips that I could find are not as good.

    I'm just teasing.

That runner is pinging faded memories of some other female track & field athlete who was perkier than her peers, but I cannot bring the image into focus.

And I misunderstood your context. I thought it was all about the cheesecake.
