The only football I'll watch anymore is college. The season is just beginning. I watched part of the Ohio State and Minnesota game last night. Penn State plays Wisconsin tomorrow. The Big 10 is the only conference I am interested in.

I agree with this. I used to watch pretty regularly, and it's become like many other shows (like America's Got Talent.) It's called BACKstory for a reason...it ain't the main event. The one Ninja contestant I really liked was that woman who looked like Steffi Graf...I cannot recall her name. She always wore a skirt/shorts combo.

That being said, there is so much talent out there in the common man in just about every field of endeavor (sports, art, music) one can imaging...and the "best" are not necessarily the ones that become popular and make a living at it.

Talk about a mad house, being in Pasadena. And people still go to the parade and sleep overnight the night before....... on the curbsides....

    Michigan 27 -- Alabama 20 in Overtime

Hearing Rose Bowl seats at over $400 in nosebleed section of Bowl.

They can have it.....Never went to the parade in person but watched it for many yrs on tv....I watch no tv anymore and don't care about a lot of this stuff anymore.

I think most of us hit an age when crowded events are off of our list of things to do...not that I ever cared for them in the first place.

I guess $400 is a bargain compared to other sporting events...and they got their money's worth on this game, huh?
