I don't know if it would be invasive or not, @Ruby Begonia . I have always just planted the vines in the spring, enjoyed the flowers, and then harvested the seeds in the fall when I found them. Since the moonflower does not have very many seeds per blossom, I think that it would not spread like morning Glory. Except for the wild morning glory, which is super invasive; I have never had any problems with morning glory spreading either. Maybe, I get enough of the seed pods before they drop; but I only had one little volunteer glory come up this year, and it was right in the planting container; so I was very happy to see it sprouting in there.
