@Babs Hunt , that is drop dead gorgeous, too.

 

The sun has long ago set but not yet risen.

Somewhere someone plays a lonely tune. I can't recall what it is.

I lay here and await sunrise when I shall take my few possessions, my guitar, and leave this place. I will face the day.

And walk down a country road.

 

I am going to dig through my photos for my sunrises and sunsets taken on our road trips.

 

@Von Jones - Was wondering the other day whre you wondered off to. That's good, dig 'em out.
Most everyone at the end of a good day appreciates a good sunset.

@Shirley Martin Arizona is famous for it's notably beautiful sunsets. I've often wondered about reasons, having spent my first 30 years seeing just about NO sunsets in Chicago. The very clean air allows long-distance visibility, and the extreme dryness of the air does not allow the diffraction of light caused by water droplets. Here are a few:
