Good grief. First of all, she had neck surgery to correct some vertebrae that were pressing on a nerve in October 2020, which was before the Covid vaccines were released in the USA in December 2020. Tell your "health group" to dig deeper and stop spreading untruths. https://people.com/health/suzanne-somers-neck-surgery-unfortunate-fall-tremendous-pain/ She died of breast cancer that metastasized to her brain, and her autopsy report indicated that she had suffered from hydrocephalus for over a year.
Unless something else intercedes, most people who get cancer will die of cancer. Whether the period in between is referred to as being cured of cancer, free of cancer, or remission is simply a matter of semantics. Recognizing that semantics can be important when it comes to how we feel about ourselves, I consider myself to be free of cancer at this time while recognizing that there is a good chance that, when I do die, it will likely be of cancer.
My sister had breast cancer. She has been cancer free for at least twenty years. Maybe longer than that.
