Tried something new for me. I eat turkey bacon off and on.. But tried Butterball frozen turkey burger. Cook in skillet with oluve oil. Garlic and Itilian seasonings. Put on one slice of bread with honey mustard and a pickle. I am impressed.I will eat this again
I bought a marked-down rotisserie chicken at Walmart this morning and had some of that for lunch, along with slaw & crisps. I cut the while thing up, took some of the meat off the bone, and threw it in the freezer. I'll get a lot of meals for my $7. Tonight's gonna be a light dinner.
The other day I made a sandwich from sliced Kentucky Legend ham that @Gloria Mitchell recommended. It was the best ham I've ever had! Very very good. I'll have to try their turkey. Today it was PBJ with homemade blueberry jam I recently bought at a church yard sale. Yeh, it was good. I can't wait to crack open the strawberry jam I bought there.
Tod we had a beef bologna sandwiches, with mustard and mayo, spinach leaves, tomato pickle, and dash of coarse black pepper. Not eaten that in ages. Tasty
