@Shirley Martin Well........yeah, but.......small helpings, ya take it yerself. My wife opted for baked chicken and a BBQ Beef Rib, plus a few other things. $11 for the both of us; she gets 3 such offers monthly, in return for a bit of gambling; I get no offers, don't gamble. Anyways, 3 such buffets a month are PLENTY! Frank
2 flour tortillas, melted cheder cheese inside, seasoning salt, salsa, red pepper strips, 4 strips of thick bacon in them, glass of milk
I was wondering the same thing when I read Frank's list. I was thinking if he keeps that up, he's gonna go all 'roly-poly' on us.
I guess you and I were the most 'sensible' eaters in the group. Personally though, I love cottage cheese. It makes up for all the stuff I can't eat.
That seems sufficient tucker (food) for a week @Frank Sanoica. As I spend most of my days at home these days, I have taken to eating a lot of pre cooked lunches. Wife makes certain they meet my nutritional needs, are inexpensive and rather tasty. Today I had sweet potato cottage pie with veggies. It is a change from sandwiches and is perfect for a cold winter's day . .
Cottage cheese is rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals like calcium, which are important nutrients for continued good health. However, the hi sodium in cottage cheese might work against the benefits. Hope that does not spoil your diet @Bess Barber.
