Homemade breakfast tacos. I use Jimmy Deans hot sausages, free range dark yoke eggs, with a bit of shredded Tillamook cheddar. I had forgot about making these until I was thinking about when I use to make them for Zek and serve with a small biscuit and a lot of white gravy.
McD's small cheeseburger and a large Diet Coke (300 calories). In the dining room we were treated to "A Change is Gonna Come" by a Sam Cooke wannabe. He was very good, but kept stopping to talk in the middle. Fine dining with music. I don't care much for violins anyway.

I felt like a simple dish today, not requiring much prep or any cooking. It was delicious and invigorating as usual. It is not recommended for a lunch date however. Bought some garden tomatoes yesterday, so rather than make a BLT, I picked up stuff to make a triple meat/triple decker club sandwich...with bacon.
A simple lunch. BIG club sandwich. Nice chicken breast and very well done bacon - Mmmm..... And a lovely strong black Farrers' coffee
