Bobby needed printer ink, so we went to Walmart this morning, and I went shopping for good produce. I got more pineapples (nice big ones) and some other veggies and fruit, and two huge sub sandwiches for Bobby. I made a carrot salad with fresh carrots, apple, pineapple, grapes, and some shredded coconut and FAGE yogurt for the dressing, and Bobby had one of his sub sandwiches; so we are both full and happy.

I went to the local mom & pop diner. Got a steak & cheese with fries and an iced tea for under $8. I haven't had emotionally satisfying food in a while.
Well, it was yesterday, but I had my husband's organic Beef and Beans stew with a dollop of sour cream on top. The beef he uses is somewhat fatty, which is good for you, and the whole thing is oh so delicious! I finally got him to help me write down the recipe, but it included a list of spices without measurements (because apparently he doesn't really measure), so that'd be a good guess for me!
Mine was actually brunch. I was waiting for walmart to bring my groceries so I could have yogurt and granola , and I was out of my FAGE yogurt until walmart delivered. I am not picky about most foods, but I am picky about yogurt, and I have not made any at home for a while. Maybe I will make some today, and make Mr. Bobby his Fiber Cake , too. It is a cold day here, so not an outside day for me.
Had a piece of cold, baked organic chicken thigh, and an organic apple. Following up with organic green mint tea.
