    Nothing you eat is "Healthy".

    Only living things are Healthy.

What you eat is "Healthful",such a this Halupki, a Ukrainian dish made with Ground Beef, Rice, Tomato Sauce, and wrapped in a large Cabbage Leaf. Some call them "Pigs in Blankets".

I like half a sliced avocado on wheat bread, well salted. (Sliced longitudinally, not equatorially)

I keep a supply of Popeye's fried chicken (spicy) in my freezer...I stock up when I get a coupon.

I got a taste for a fried chicken sandwich today, so I heated up a piece and put the crispy skin & meat on a bun with a mixture of mayo/mustard/honey.

Great, Lon! Even though I'm a strict Vegan, I really enjoy your pics of the creative dishes and platings at your place. You have a true talent.

Good eats Lon. When you get some time, I would like know what the payment arrangement is for your accommodations; amounts not necessary. Is it lump sum or pay as you go? It could be in some of our futures.

How extensive is your menu? You have a large choice or is it eat what we serve or have a peanut butter sandwich? I am a very picky eater,

I love stuffed cabbage. It's a bit of a pain to boil the cabbage and gently remove each leaf, but it's well worth it. Just chopping the cabbage and doing a casserole is like serving Spaghetti-Os and calling it lasagna.

I had no idea it was Ukranian.

With This temporary dining arrangement you can order any thing you want for breakfast and for lunch and dinner you can have one of two offerings.

    -Homemade tuna sub
    -Fritos

The good thing about making your own tuna salad is you can have hard boiled eggs in it.
