Thawing Chicken

    I never wash frozen chicken if that is what you are getting at. Of course, I wash it before doing anything after thawing!!! I also wash all surfaces after I'm done.

    Good gosh Steven! Don’t get your knickers in a knot!

    After spending 53 years in the food and beverage industry and having several serve-safe certifications in a myriad of states and never being subjected to a health inspection because of a complaint, I merely compared what your method of thawing chicken is to the one’s that are accepted in the food industry in every state of the United States.

    As for washing your chicken…..of course you do but the safety warning was for everyone who wishes to thaw something that has more bacteria driven diseases than any other protein using a fan.
