I do have a lot of hair, although it is not as thick as it was 30 years ago. More than likely I'll just leave it alone except to keep it trimed. It's down to my shoulder blades now, and for some reason it grows at least a good 9 inches per year. Both my parents had really thick hair. You'll see it tomorrow when I post my picture for the contest.
Excellent suggestion Chrissy and also your Vitamin B-12 helps and eating something green everyday. Women our age need more Vitamin B-12….BIGtime! But only take a teensy pill once a week because they come in 1000mcg. Can't remember exactly now how much we need…you might want to google it. Of course you get it naturally in shellfish (clams and crab), tofu, swiss cheese, eggs, and fortified cereal.
I do eat enough green...my B-12 levels are good according to my blood work but my D was low, so Im back on taking it again. I had quit because I ran out and didnt think it was a big deal especially since I live in sunny Fresno but most people dont get enough from the sun studies have found.
