No, moonflowers are in the morning glory family, just like sweet potato vines are. Completely different looking and completely different family of plants, @Mary Stetler . They just both happen to be white, but moonflower is a vine and it dies in the fall, just like morning glory vines do. My plant identification app says it is a species of Dracaena, and if it is correct, then it should grow larger than it is right now. I thought it looked more like a spider plant, but it is not that. The app also says it does not look healthy , based on the picture.
