No, my pacemaker doesn't do that. My strong coffee does though. It just takes me awhile to get going.
Good Morning everyone... 6.45 am and it's supposed to be just light here but it's raining so hard it looks really dark and grim... Not looking forward to the drive into work, but it could be worse, it could be next week when the kids are all back at school after the half term break and the traffic is sooo much worse.. Thinking of @Terry Page and his family today as they go through a very sad and painful time.. Still lots of coming and going across the street, about 10 cars there constantly. 3 deaths on one street over the past few years seems a lot to me. Hmm, the pub near where I live would seem to be suffering from some kind of invasion. It doesn't bother me, because I don't use the place. While it's a pity that my nearest pub is dire, perhaps it's for the best. If it was a good one, temptation would be too easy.
Mornin. Yet another warm, sunny day here in Iowa. I'm not complaining. Rain is still in the forecast for Sunday night and next week. Was planning on making a run to the store today, but maybe not. Don't really need anything. Best I save what few bucks I got for all the doctor bills that will be coming soon. My plan was to buy a new scooter this spring. Mine is 8 years old in June. Still going strong yet. Can't afford to now. If anyone needs a mobility scooter, I highly recommend getting a Pacesaver Espree Atlas . They're built in the USA and that model is the workhorse of scooters. Mine will do 5+ MPH on level ground. Climbs grades well and goes 20-30 miles on a charge, with new batteries. Has a on board charger. Looks like the Russians are getting frisky again, buzzing our warships. They wouldn't be doing that if we had a real president. I pray Obama doesn't decide to try to be a real president, and shoot down one of their planes. That would start something and he could stay in office. So, have a great weekend y'all.
