Thanks for all the great info. @Steve North I joined the low carb forum. I am Sandy62. I spent quite a bit of time reading through the topics and found it interesting. I am on the low carb and found out when I get a craving or feel a bit weak or have muscle aches I make mugs of beef or chicken bouillon or vegetable bouillon, or have some Slim Jim beef sticks on hand to eat. Sometimes it is possible for your salt intake to be low and so if you eat some salty food or add salt to foods you eat as it can make you feel better. Be sure to drink lots of water.
