It could be too late now, but the family wants the destructive protests to stop. I seriously doubt if the "instigators" are going to listen to anyone. Will have to wait and see.

And, President Trump is calling most of the State Governors "weak" when controlling the destruction of their cities.

Mayors and Governors have told law enforcement to "step aside and let the rioters have their way." This is not the first time we have seen this.

Trump is getting ahead of their request for Federal funds to "rebuild."

What I'm wondering is just WHAT these protesters want??? Guess not a single one of them have had to try and arrest a person who is resisting arrest.

Seems to me, that all of the Millennials and some Gen X folks want is to do whatever they want with absolutely no police interference.

And, on top of the above, business owners are wondering where law enforcement is during the looting of their stores.

IOW, law enforcement simply can not win this battle!! They do what they are trained to do, they get criticized.

Most Millennials and Gen X folks don't know how to process facts and reality.

The pretense of "Diversity" was to counter Group Think, and right now that's about all we've got in some circles.

It appears that many of them want a designer handbag, big screen TV and a pair of Nikes. Also the Rolex watch store in LA was looted. I'm sure those things will assuage the outrage over a man's death.

I found that video on Fox. It had also been on Youtube but was removed because it violated community standards...

Millennials are those born after the Millenium. (2000)

The oldest of these are now 20 years of age.

From what I've seen, they are mostly an assortment of Flubdubs and Mollycoddles. (Except for my Grandchildren)

I wonder if all the rioting, destruction, looting, and militancy against the police would have occurred if George Floyd had been white?

Just wondering, but I feel it would have been less intense...do you?

Where all the riots happened at the white house last night. Trump walked out with his secret having problem keeping up with him. Showing the world he is not hiding. Going to the church they burned last night.

You know, Hal, I'm not certain I agree with your observation (about that generation as a whole, not about your grand kids.)

What I see put forth through media in its myriad forms rarely comports with the reality of my own experiences.

And I've told stories elsewhere of the slackers and waste-cases I've seen of my generation and the one before me from my very first job until the day I retired. I'm not buying the media's generational narrative, any more than I'm buying the current narrative of "spontaneous protests."

We now take you back to your regularly scheduled topic, which is already in progress. Or maybe not.
