How To Make A Roast Chicken On A Pineapple

So you have a chicken and a pineapple? Why don't you combine them to create this unique, yet delicious, marinated chicken dish. This roast chicken pairs perfectly with a creamy, fruity sauce, which we will show you how to make.

Yes. Maybe cream cheese and pineapple on a bagel. Seems like bread would get soggy.

My mother made a fruitcake that only had pineapple, cherries, and pecans. None of that bitter stuff, citron or orange peel or watermelon rind, whatever, it's usually green.:p

It might have been Mrs. Harvey's White Fruitcake.

"In the ’50s, Lucile Harvey submitted a recipe to The Tampa Tribune for a fruitcake – she won $5 and second place! But for the next several years, the newspaper got so many requests that they finally reprinted it – and the popularity of that recipe continues to grow."
