^^^my hubby runs most every day.. since the day he turned 30yrs old..,, im too old to start running now.but i use to hike and walk alot!! but not now. !!
Plus too cold! !!!only when we go to walk the dogs at the shelter in the spring, summer and Fall..



Swimming in a cold Swimming pool !!!. lake water is warmer,,
