    I've made it once. It's OK. It's yet another dish I bought a specific ingredient for that I never used elsewhere (Marsala wine.) For some reason it never made its way into my regular rotation. Same with chicken piccata, even though anything with capers is usually a hit with me.

    I've had it. Not many people can do a very good job of cooking it and making it taste decent though.

    I love chicken marsala, but I've never heard of serving it with baked beans...??? :confused:

    I love scallops and they do them well here. Dessert will be Pineapple Upside Down Cake. Sauvignon Blanc Wine. Scallops pepita pesto.jpg

    Yum! Looks good!
    I had blue gill fillets. Well, small pieces of bluegills as they are kind of hard to fillet, with really perfect green beans and home grown potatoes. We are frying up a puff ball mushroom we found just now in the yard. Not sure if we will eat it tonite but must cook it while it is fresh.
    I usually dry fry them and then dry them for later for use in lasagna and stews. Daughter wants to try something different.
