If you can find a local metalworker, they might be able to make a ring for you.

I was going to buy an extra grill grate and cut out the center rings, but the concentric rings are held on by support rods that transverse the diameter, and all the rings are tacked to it. I doubt that the remaining outer rings--just resting on the free-floating ends--would hold up for long.

I'm thinking of getting some of the flat steel bar sold in Lowes and forming a square frame to sit on the grill that the wok can nest inside of. If I tap threads in each corner and loosely screw them together (or even just use cotter pins), the thing could fold as an accordion for storage.

If I had a covered patio to protect my cooking stuff from the elements, I'd already have one of these gizmos:

My monthly rent includes all meals if taken in the dinning room but a Five Dollar charge if served in my apartment. I am stiff & achy today and don't feel like walking with my walker to dinner.
I will have the Filet with Cab Reduction/Mashed Potatos/Green Beans/ Tiramisu for dessert/ Red Wine of course. FILET MIGNON.jpg

This is the meal you posted some time ago that got me started on making homemade pasta.

Can you imagine my disappointment after combing 55 pages of Lon's meal photos that NOT one photo was posted of a traditional Thanksgiving day dinner? He made reference here, but no photo. I did find this one that might be turkey, but not sure since it was not labeled. What do you think, is it turkey or pork? I was hoping to see some cranberry and not the cat.

Using my imagination I'd say turkey breast with gravy. Cranberry juice in the cup. Spinach, yuck.

Turkey, spaghetti and spinach????? And that doesn't look like anything his gourmet kitchen would put out.

When I have cranberry sauce, gimme the homemade stuff, not the red dyed gelatin in a can.

So when is the last time you served spaghetti with turkey, much less on Thanksgiving Day???

Besides, which cranberry sauce do you prefer?
