As far back as I remember, we have always had absentee ballots. They were initially developed for the military but had some use in the civilian world as well. You had to show that you had a NEED to vote absentee, not just for convenience though. Now it is a vote fraud tool that helps people who wouldn't normally get elected win elections.

Hmm, we need to put all those "absentee" ballots in a pile and have a special group of people go through each one and either ok it or throw it out!!

I support that. I would like to go back and insist everyone show up at the polls unless they have a valid reason that they can't. I would even go one further and dip index fingers into purple ink if I had my way.

It is indeed a vote fraud tool.

I agree @Vada Bloom , extreme voter-fraud calls for extreme measure to insure our voting integrity!! I think Trump will try to accomplish this if we can get him back into office. He's got so much on his plate, but I think it should be at least the top 10 things to accomplish, very quickly, as he would say "very quickly" ;)

What exactly is Super Tuesday all about, I was going to google it but I know someone here can fill me in. Right now, with my limited knowledge isn't that when every State turns in their "primary" votes?

Sounds like that will tell us a lot about how many President Trump will get in November. How well is the voting monitored on Super Tuesdays? I'm sure this is a dumb question but has there been voter-fraud in Super Tuesday votes as well?

Super Tuesday is when the largest number of state presidential primaries are held, but not all. There will still be a few to go. Often the candidates that win on Super Tuesday go on to compete in November.

They have been saying on Twitter that since Nikki Haley is losing her backers, and Trump is not being taken off the ballot like she hoped would happen, that she is preparing to dropout. Not that it really matters because she had fewer supporters than either DeSantis or Ramaswamy,, anyway.

yes, be nice to have her "mouth" out of the lime-light. I guess she made millions and really think her backers are probably wanting their money back, fat chance right ;)

A large chunk of Haley's backers are Democrats, anyhow. I'm sure that won't keep the media from reporting that her backers are not going to Trump.

    Good afternoon to all-

It seems to me to be some kind of odd that the people who scream loudest about "states' rights" and how individual states should be able to exercise decision making over their particular state and territory are also the same ones who scream loudest about how a particular state- in this case Colorado- must not be allowed to determine if a political candidate is legally able to be on their state's ballot.

I suppose it all comes down to a particular state's political leaning. You know, if it has a "conservative" government at this time, then it's just fine for that state to do whatever the "conservative" governor and other officials think is right. But if it is a "liberal" state government, then these elected political officials can't make any sort of decision about what happens in their state.

It just does not seem logical- never mind fair and equitable- that one state can make its own decisions, but another state can not.

Of course, in the time of tRump and his supporters, there are rules, and then there are "rules."

And I will be so glad when this round of elections is over so decent people don't have to listen to the vile, nasty, ugly political ads the republican contenders run about each other. Of course, here in the Great State of Alabama, there are a lot of political contests which don't even have a Democrat running.

you all be safe and keep well- Ed

Are you serious? I'm going to assume you're joking. If, indeed, you are serious, then I think I understand why you like Biden.

I was a little worried that the Supreme Court may have been bought and paid for too in a scramble for the WEF to keep control.
    Thank goodness!

    Good afternoon to all-
Mr. Anderson- I'm neither joking nor jesting about any of the points I made. And it is not so much that I "like" Joe Biden. He was never my first choice for high office. But the one thing that does commend Joe Biden is that he is so much better in every way than tRump. And if one state's "rights" are more important than another state's "rights" then we don't a level playing field at all.

And Ms. Evans- Hating tRump does not in any way lessen my love of the USA, and it in no way lessens my desire for this country to be as good as it can be. tRump is a curse and blight on our nation, and the sooner he is wearing orange and serving time, the better. Of course, he will appeal and appeal and appeal until he dies of natural causes, and he will never serve a day of the convictions he so much deserves. It all comes down to the Golden Rule- you know, he who has the gold makes the rules.

you all be safe and keep well- Ed
