Someone mentioned (here or on another forum) that there's a Congresswoman (I believe she's in Congress) who is calling for sunshine on all of Congress' dirty laundry. Let's see the Epstein lists and the details of the taxpayer slush fund that's used to buy off sexual harassment suits...and let's name names.

I know there have been a few names kicked around for the AG position.

Makes me wonder whether "if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck" in Gaetz's case he might actually BE a duck. I wondered why on earth he resigned his seat without confirmation but what do I know.

What is being said is that the DOJ didn’t ever finish their investigation, which was apparently pushed by that other guy (name escapes me right now) who was Speaker and Matt got pushed out and the new speaker in. If they actually had anything, they would have charged him, is what i think. They also tried to extort/blackmail Matt’s father for money and would drop the charges, so the whole thing seemed rigged to me.

In any case, I think they have discussed this possibility, and maybe even expected it, but will now put Gaetz into Rubio’s Senate seat, which is what Trump said could happen if Matt was not approved, so they get him one way or the other.
Look at all the mud they threw at Trump, trying to make people think he is a crook, and I think it is just politics as usual for Gaetz, too.

It may have been that he didn't do anything worse than 90% of others in Congress, so they were afraid other allegations would be brought by the defense in any trial proceedings.

I believe Trump has said he will make public any lists of attendees at Epstein's island "paradise". That was said to be one of the reasons he was resisted by so many politicians...but then I think he said he would release the Kennedy data and the UPO/UAP information as well in his first term and he never did.

What I have read was that President Trump intended to release the Kennedy information, but Mike Pompeo stopped him from doing it, and he trusted Pompeo at that time. It was before Pompeo tried to assassinate Julian Assange, and people thought Pompeo was a good guy.
I think that this time, Trump will release a lot of information, and he has good backup people this time, too.

We'll see. The President is still the boss. Pompeo served at his discretion.

I'm not happy seeing that Gaetz has turned down the nomination for AG, and honestly, my first thought was maybe he's worried about something being uncovered. I hope I'm wrong. I'd rather be sure he really was more concerned about holding President Trump, and team, behind in the confirmations.

I only saw the one video from Fox so I'll put it here. I didn't see another post on it yet so hope I'm not "doubling" up on the news:

I've just never take Oz that seriously but then I didn't "follow" him at all, just probably some show he was on or something turned me off about him.

Until Trump endorsed him for Congress, I didn't think he was intended to be taken any more seriously than Mr. Rogers or Bill Nye. I guess Trump likes the guy for some reason.

I'm sure Trump knows something about him I sure don't, but I do believe that Trump will be way more selective this time, as he learned so much from his first 4 years. Plus, what he's seen during the Biden administration. I was wondering is RFK knows more about Oz as well, and maybe he and Trump discussed it

I thought this was a good "listen" so will add it on Vivek and Elon's new positions (if all goes well for us). I just think these businessmen are going to be way better, just the way President Trump was way better because of his business experience. They're all so brilliant, and like Vivek again is just so "common sense" I can understand so much more. Lifer-politicians I rarely know what the heck they are actually talking about, because there always seems to be smoke-screen there so I can only filter out bits and pieces. Hope this makes sense ;)

Well, that was fast. Trump has replaced Gaetz with Pam Bondi, the former AG of Florida. I've never heard of her.

Bondi was the AG for Florida. (These damned articles refer to her position in the present tense.) Her term as AG ended in 2019, but she's worked with Trump for a while. She was one of his defense lawyers during his impeachment trial and later led the legal arm of the Trump-aligned America First Policy Institute.

I have never heard of her, either. Trump seems to love folks from The Sunshine State.
