I just read the report in the link provided . My question is, why would/does a school have their own police department ? How big is that school ?

In Most of the recent mass killings, the shooters left behind sort of manifestos, they sought to kill as many as possible to get their 15 minutes of fame. It is like a game to them. And laws might be made to take the AR15's away from us all. But you will only get them from law abiding citizens because criminals don't obey the law. We are talking millions of rifles and one or two nut cases which should have been looked at first, every year. In Chicago, over the YEARS, hundreds of shootings happened every week! But they were mostly hand guns, easier to maneuver in cars. You hardly heard of them at all because they were black on black shootings, not fitting the Democratic agenda. Trump offered to send in the National Guard to end it, but the mayor turned him down.
I don't think so. Instead, it's more like people are being convinced that nearly everybody has some kind of mental illness for the purpose of getting everybody on psychiatric drugs.. I don't know about the case in the original post, but the majority of shooters that made the news are on those drugs.
