There have been quite a number of reports of seizures after the vaccine injection, all among women as far as I have seen. They sometimes last for weeks, and don't respond to therapy. They are not being reported as vaccine reactions either--just panic attacks or something similar.
All other vaccine if they have one or two death they will pull it off the market.
