Yeah , I’d be a big hit anywhere I”m at. But laymen know only what they read and we’re all laymen
andwe spout off about an ailment as though expert. All we have for a guideline. is the medical advisors?
The cdc, men like Facci and other medical people. That’s all we have. I don’t know bean about the virus
but what we’re being told by people capable to do so. .Nor does anyone else, I think itis time those who
won’t be vaccinated be put under some law like the seat elt law or insurance laws. We need some
vaccinated laws. for endangering good people. Huh?

Ignorance is not a requirement of every American. Information may be a little more difficult to find these days because science, medicine, and our usual information sources have become heavily politicized, and information is suppressed, but we have brains for a reason and I'm not about to refuse to use mine just because you're afraid to use yours.

I'm not opposed to vaccines, although I am certainly not going to run out and get every vaccine that they can come up with. If I had any reason to believe that these vaccines were safe and effective, I would be vaccinated. However, the very fact that they are suppressing information about this vaccine leads me to believe the opposite, especially when the guy leading the push for the vaccination was most likely responsible for the virus, to begin with. The whole thing stinks, and I'm not going near it.

We absolutely do know that those vaccinated for the virus can spread the disease which brings us to another level of what could be a dangerous situation. False confidence can lead vaccinated people to be a type of typhoid Mary and the mixed messages the media and politicians are throwing out there doesn’t help.

The very best example that I can give is when we go to the gym.
When the gym first opened back up, everyone was using sanitizer before and after using the equipment. They’d spray a machine or the weights down and wipe them off before and after using them which is good hygiene at any time whether there’s a virus or not.

Now, I see more and more people being lackadaisical about the sanitizer use and I can write for fact that many of them who are guilty are those who have been vaccinated.
They have such confidence that they can’t get the virus nor pass it on that they aren’t a bit worried about basic gym hygiene.

One man, a local lawyer, was busy bragging about his vaccination and putting people down in the locker room about getting the vaccination and I had to remind him that he never wipes his equipment down nor re-racks the weights when he’s finished with them which makes him a potential super spreader and worse than an unvaccinated person who practices good gym hygiene.

In other words, I see more unvaccinated people at the gym practicing safe distancing and good hygiene whilst a major portion of the vaccinated ones getting apathetic and lackluster about their habits.

Do Note: We go to a hospital gym and I personally know of a couple of doctors with private practices who have yet to be convinced that the vaccination is fully safe.

I don't know the right or wrong of handling this virus. I hope it will run it course shortly. I can't forget about it because this virus but
look at it as an assassin rtady to strike when opportunity presents itself. I'm afraid of it because I think it would be fatal in my case
so I wear a mask when I go out. I do think freedom has its limitations or should have, but doesn't necessarily apply to this virus.
I don't know when it will end or how but a lot more oldsters will be dead from what we call covid -19 or Dr Fucci's virus if you will.

I think it will take longer to run it's course or for anyone or any company in this country to find a solution because how fast it can mutate
into something else and spread as quickly, if that is true. Solutions to most anything will be affected by a political divide. We have always
been devided but not to the extend we have become in recent years, I think. We will never go back to my country tis of three. We all
hold daggers behind our backs as we say, 'less you' (my opinion).

It does no good to discuss politics because it can't be done civilly. Everyone knows and has known this. Some of us can use our noggins
and some of us can't. We are all seniors and have long had fixed opinions that will not change so discussions of politics is simply who can
debate the best or who can deliver the best blow with his dagger.

Is it possible to be friends and be political opposites. In today's world, I don't think so. It is possible to be friendly with political opponents.

I apologize for my personal attacks.

Regarding political opposites being friends, Yvonne’s daughter and my own brother think differently than I do but we love each other and are indeed friends. I have a personal friend who is totally against conservatives and yet, I’m a conservative but there isn’t anything we wouldn’t do to help each other out.
If heads are kept level and we discuss each issue, we can all learn all kinds of tidbits of information that help us to form a better line of thinking. We may NEVER change our minds but that isn’t the point, now is it?

I know that no matter what I write, those who are on the opposite side of the vaccine debacle or whatever the main issue is will never change. If there are no hostilities involved, I only write what I know and hope others just understand why I believe the way I do which is, after all, not an invitation for debate but a promotion for a working dialog between human beings.
On the other side of that coin though are people who enjoy calling people names and accomplish nothing other than create hostility which warrants another side of me to be extremely abrupt.

All that said Bill, you and I are indeed on the opposite side of the tracks on many issues but I do still consider you a friend.

I wouldn't ordinarily quarrel about vaccinations with someone who has already been vaccinated because there would be no point. The damage, if there is going to be any damage, has already been done, and I have no interest in disparaging someone for choices that they have made for their health. The problem, however, is that the vaccinated are being encouraged to demand persecution of the unvaccinated, and that affects choices that I have made for my health. I'll leave you to your own health choices as long as you leave me to mine.

If the vaccine works, then the unvaccinated are no threat to you, and if the vaccine doesn't work, then maybe I have made the right choice after all.

The idea of vaccines came from giving a person a weak or dead sample of the virus/bacteria and the immune system would make a defense against it sounds good. The immune system is not stupid and would ignore something that is not a threat so they needed to put in the a substance to make the body's immune system react. Now comes the problem what should the body immune system react to the dead virus or something else that happens to be passing by. A while back one additive in vaccines was peanut oil before that peanut allergies were very rare but after that it became an epidemic of people with peanut allergies correlation is not causation but very interesting. Autoimmune diseases have increased why would the body attack itself?
Of course this has nothing to do with the covid vaccine because it is not a vaccine but a bio weapon.

Do you understand haptens, @Martin Alonzo ? Many things are used as haptens, but, as you said, the Covid vaccine is not a vaccine in the traditional sense.

I don't wish to persecute anyone for not taking the vaccine. I believe we should have the right to decide what goes into our bodies. My concern is more focused on the fact that whether or not the masks work...I don't think anybody should be allowed to go without one. There's a reason the Chinese are masked up all the time on TV. We at least should be responsible enough to help protect ourselves and others around us with our masks. Without being called sheep or any other disparaging names. There should be no disparaging period. Just wear your mask and get on with your life. JMO ;)
