June 23/24 Calories: 930 Weight: 128.2 No change. Maybe it will not go up much again. Back to cabbage. This is the toughest cabbage I ever ate. Maybe I didn't cook it enough. Will make more deviled eggs this morning.
24Jun19 Son and grandson leaving for Europe tomorrow. Wife has been feeding them (and me) as though they will not eat again until they return. At lunch yesterday, fried chicken, mash potatoes, cream gravy, green beans, salad, hot rolls, and iced tea. I tried to eat small portions, tried hard to avoid second helpings. Sometime I just a weakling. Weight: 174.8
@Bill Boggs: The later you get up in the morning, the lower your weight will be when you do get up and weigh in (provided you don't eat in bed)... Maybe we should all try sleeping in tomorrow.
Would waiting to weigh later be about the same? It's something to think about. I have stopped weighing when I first get up when I think of it. It is something to to try.
The problem is, it will catch up with you eventually, unless you keep sleeping in a little later every day. If you stay in bed all day without eating, it would be the same as fasting.
June 24/25 Calories: 1030 Weight: 127.6 I now have big pots of cabbage, pinto beans, and mixed vegetables, ...some deviled eggs, hot dogs, and cheapo frozen dinners. Good to go for at least 3 days. Yumm....
25Jun19 In keeping with the last conversation, I waited until the last possible minute to get out of bed and weigh. Weight: 174.8
June 25/26 Calories: 1130 Weight: 127.6 (nc) They say it takes 21 days of repeating something before it becomes a habit. This is day 23. It may be true.
