I don't use any website. I post pics of me and my cats on a big billboard just outside town. The hard part was finding a printer large enough to print 6' by 8' color pics of my face. People who are jealous of my good looks throw eggs at it, though. I hate them.

I don't autopay anything! If I get so old I forget to pay for something, then I should not have it.
On my last laptop, I would just have a photo file and I would move them from there to craigslist etc. I just went to my old laptop, I think it is a microsoft 7 and they said they could not give me security updates, so I updated my spyware and then went to put some new photos in files and could not figure out how. So I tried to put some from my phone into my cloud laptop. Once again no go. But then I had an ad to sell me prints on my phone. That was the first ad I had ever gotten. Via google:mad:

According to Google Photos help section... "Google Photos has no option for delivering a direct image-link." I usually just drag and drop from my PC.

I think Yvonne Smith mentioned them in an older post, along with the Apple iCloud. Personally, I mistrust both of them because of privacy concerns (although Apple purports to be cleaner.) I've not yet tried to use my iCloud account (I have an Apple phone.)

Some time ago--maybe a year--I went to PhotoBucket and gave them the green light to dispose of my long-unused account because I was sick of their nagging. I just got another email yesterday. I didn't even open it.

I've used Imgur...sparingly. I've also linked photos from another forum I'm on (posted by other members) to here without issue. I've also linked photos from here to that other forum, and did not realize that they were only visible to me because I was logged in to my account here; in other words, none of the other members there could see them. And if I logged out from my account here, those pics did not show up for me, either.

The website postimages.org has worked well for me the last few years to post images.

I don't know what a Google photo is, but if you can store it as a digital image in JPG or PNG format, it will work.

I think Google Photo is a storage site that lack the ability to link to it from forums, etc.

Right. You can store your photos but they don't "host" them for linking. I don't like linking photos anyway because too many times the link gets broken for some reason.
