What Does Your Kitchen Table Look Like?

We have a dining room table that is used for formal meals. Normal day to day refueling is done seated at the kitchen island!

 

My dining table and chairs are pending DIY.

Worked on it till midnight, wife made me quit, then she couldn't sleep! This morning we go down to Laughlin to pick up our friend Vonda who arrived from IN last evening. She opted to not rent a car, so off we go, table waits for later!

Starting out a youngster, digitals were still gleams in some eyes. So, grew up with Simpsons, and still find them indispensable in ways, but use both. Some digitals sample just too slow.

   The 260 is a sensitive instrument, with 20,000 Ohms per Volt impedance and Zero and Ohms adjustments. I used 'em from 1962 to 1998 when I retired from Boeing.

Right now, my kitchen table looks like yours, @Frank Sanoica. I never eat at the kitchen table.

 

Mine looks like Gloria's but slightly darker with drop leafs. Simplicity is good because I am
it's keeper. The dang floors and that mickey mouse broom is what keeps me out of breath.

The best part of an analog meter is checking continuity. Digitals will just flash and bounce around.

I have a white wood table and chairs, for 6, with a white table cloth. What I put on top depends on my mood at the time, but for today, it has a found silver vase with leftover white artificial Christmas flowers in it.
