I did a study that I hope will help any new members or anyone just curious to understand the system this forum uses. I know the majority claims they don't care and never noticed, but that must be unique to this forum, because forum designers, especially Xenforo, have found that people do care and offering a virtual award, that is nothing more than a title under a member name, encourages participation. Personally, I resolved this morning to just be myself and post when I feel the urge and have something to say or just feel like being a comedian. Whether anyone likes my post or not won't affect future posts. I have decided to serve a full 3 years in lieu of becoming a spammer just to get likes and gain a meaningless status. I hope to find inspiration for DIY projects which is my favorite thing to post about although it gets little interest. If one person is helped by my DIY post, then I treasure that post more than 100 posts that don't amount to a steaming pile of donkey dung.
