To me, stuff like this is akin to rotisserie chickens. Sure, they got a lot of salt and other stuff in them, but not only is it better than fast food, people may also be making healthier-than-fries sides for it. And it's one step closer to from-scratch. Plus, it's cheaper than the drive-thru. I'd eat it.
I've wondered if--like most people--my taste buds are aging out, so things like blue cheese aren't as strong-tasting as they used to be. Maybe I gravitate to such things because they are strong so I can taste them. I no longer buy regular cheddar...it's gotta be extra sharp.
