I like pizza with all of the veggie goodies on it, plus pineapple and fresh sliced tomatoes on top. I usually don’t get this because Bobby hates pineapple on pizza, but i do put fresh tomato slices on top.
We usually order two smaller size ones because Bobby likes the Philly Cheesesteak pizza, and I like the pepperoni and veggies (peppers, onion, shrooms, etc).
We sometimes add anchovies if we get a take and bake one from the store because we both enjoy anchovies on our pizza.
The Fiery Hawaiian that @Beth Gallagher mentioned sounds awesome ! Where do you get that one at ? I will have to look and see if our Dominoes makes it.

It always amazes me how many different varieties of pizza there are, I never thought of adding toppings myself.

It's too salty for me. I don't eat a lot of salt because it will raise my blood pressure. When I do eat something salty, all I can taste is salt.

The Fiery Hawaiian used to be part of the Dominos "American Legends" pizzas, but it was discontinued and replaced with a plain Honolulu Hawaiian that doesn't have the jalapenos or hot sauce. Here's the original description, and you can use "build a pizza" or add the peppers & hot sauce by customizing the regular Hawaiian...

The Fiery Hawaiian pizza features sliced ham, smoked bacon, pineapple, roasted red peppers, hot sauce, jalapenos and mozzarella cheese on a cheesy Parmesan crust. American Legend pizzas are made with 40 percent more cheese than a regular Domino's pizza.

I don't have a favorite. A pizza is something to eat when you don't have anything else or
you need something in a hurry as when family drops in unexpectedly, then you can always
    order pizza.

100% homemade, for me. Spelt flour used for making the crust, vegan provolone and mozzarella, covered with a sauce made with peeled tomatoes and tomato paste, added spices, then: onions, olives, brocolli, mushrooms, tomato, spinach (added last seven minutes). Grated vegan parmesan cheese to top while it's cooling. Really good!

    I'd agree with this.

When I make homemade pizza, I make 2 pizzas out of the dough made for one. I do like to make one of them cheese-only with garlic olive oil brushed on the crust and a nice Fontina cheese. But the second one (and when ordering out) it's just as Gloria described.

That being said, I have made a few deep dish pizzas in my day. But my preference is for thin crust.

I remember when I was young there was an advertisement by English muffin with a recipe for English muffin pizza. My mother used to make them for me and my brother, I occasionally still make them today. High School used to make them using a slice of american cheese. Has anybody ever tried that type of pizza?

    I've done that:
    -Toast the English muffin
-Put on the sauce, toppings & cheese (I always used pizza cheeses, not American)
    -Toast/broil

You had to cut the veggies and pepperoni real small so you could fit some of each on the muffin, but they were pretty good...and easy. It's been a while since I've made them.
